Using DigiRent
Provide accurate information and use an account for your authorized role. Owners must have permission to advertise and manage properties. Managers must act within owner-granted permissions. Do not submit misleading listings, abusive messages, or unlawful content.
Rental agreements and payments
Property owners and tenants are responsible for rental arrangements, inspections, and agreements. DigiRent records manual payment information and does not process or guarantee payments. A typed name is not presented as a legally binding electronic signature.
Safety and moderation
Inspect properties and verify the person you are dealing with before paying. Report suspicious listings. Administrators may review reports, suspend listings, and deactivate accounts. A verification badge reflects recorded review and is not a guarantee of a transaction.
Availability and responsibility
The operator maintains this installation and must publish their support contact and applicable service terms. Sample development listings are fictional and are not rental offers.
